Why do I choose to train with positive reinforcement?

πŸ’Ž I value the relationship between my horses and I.

πŸ’Ž How my horses feel is highly relevant to me.

πŸ’Ž I want my horses to enjoy our time together.

πŸ’Ž I do not want to cause my horses any unnecessary discomfort.

πŸ’Ž I want to avoid feelings of frustration, anxiety, fear and anger in our interactions.

πŸ’Ž I want my training to be so much fun for the horses that they actively choose to participate even when they are free to end the sessions if they so feel.

πŸ’Ž I want my horses to feel valued, heard and appreciated.

πŸ’Ž I know that when given the appropriate training, my horses are intelligent enough to figure things out without the use of force, threats or coercion.

πŸ’Ž I know that everything that can be trained with force, can be trained without force.

πŸ’Ž Every day I challenge myself to keep learning and developing to become a better guardian for my horses.
